One credit makes one 30-second flythrough. A 60-second video uses two credits. So Starter's 2 credits a month cover two 30-second videos or one 60-second one, and Pro's 12 cover twelve or six.

Every video is checked against your photos, and nothing goes to your client until you approve it. If you don't like a shot, you get 6 free re-runs per video. Re-runs don't use credits.

Yes. Unused plan credits roll over while you're subscribed, for up to 12 months, so a quiet month doesn't waste what you paid for.

If you run out mid-month, buy extra credits for US$15 each on any plan. If you're topping up most months, the next plan up usually works out cheaper per video.

Annual plans are billed once a year and cost the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Pro works out to $149 a month on the billing option shown above. Switch the toggle to compare.

Every plan is white-label: videos carry no realfly logo, watermark or marks of any kind, and you deliver on a client share page with your brand on it. Starter videos carry your name and phone number, with no logo on the video itself. Pro and Agency add your own logo on every video. Multiple brand kits, so each Agency client can have their own look, are coming soon.

You pay US$1 (A$2) for 7 days of Pro. The trial includes 1 credit, enough for one 30-second flythrough, and Pro features: your logo on the video and the client-winning kit.

On day 7 it becomes Pro at US$149/month (A$229) unless you cancel or switch to Starter before then. We email you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends. If you cancel or switch, you keep your trial credit. Like every realfly video, the trial video carries the AI disclosure label by default (see the next question).

AI disclosure is on by default. Every video carries an on-screen label saying it was AI-animated from real listing photos and that the camera movement is simulated.

You can switch the label off for a project. Doing so records that you accept responsibility for meeting the disclosure rules in your market. We strongly advise keeping it on for California listings and for anything you upload to an MLS.

Every plan also includes an MLS-safe unbranded export, with no names, logos, contact details or end cards. Rules differ by MLS, state and country, so you and your agent decide what gets published where.

Yes. Start on the plan that fits your client list today and move up as it grows. You change or cancel your plan yourself from Billing in the app. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and unused credits end with the subscription.
